In Home Care
As our patients and their families deal with the challenge of a life-limiting illness, we provide a network of support that is needed to improve their quality of life while providing comfort and peace during the end of life journey.
Our inpatient care unit is available to meet patient needs by providing aggressive symptom management and specialized end of life care. Services include social and spiritual care. Visitors, children and pets are all welcome 24 hours a day. We have family rooms available.
Serenity Hospice Foundation, founded in 2005, is a non-profit foundation focused on raising awareness of hospice, promoting compassionate services in the community and ensuring access to quality services for families in the Serenity Hospice area, regardless of their ability to pay.

“Please pass along my thanks to the staff at Serenity. Every single one of you is special and wonderful. I can’t say enough about how kind everyone has been to me this year. This has been a horrible year and I couldn’t have done it without you guys.” - Patient’s spouse
"Hospice allowed me to just be a son" - Jason Schechterle
“They took care of literally every detail, everything. All I had to do was be with my dad – show him gratitude, thank him for being my hero, just love him. In his last hours, it was such an enormous relief not to have to make a thousand decisions. I couldn’t be more thankful for the hospice experience.”
